Don't know about the place but steer clear of the drivers! One of the landscape drivers forced his way to my lane even with my horn blaring as he almost sideswiped me to cut in at 10:40a in Maitland! He kept pushing his way over instead of speeding up or slowing down! Photo was too blurry to send to the company to report the driver.

Shopping for the tree was a good experience. The owner helped us pick out a good tree. Price seemed a little high but still within reason. We said we were in no hurry as far as time frame. Just requested a Saturday appointment. So, he scheduled us for two weeks out on a Saturday, he called Saturday said he was running behind and would come deliver on Sunday. Didn't hear from him at all on Sunday, He called Monday afternoon and said he would be there on Tuesday. So this tells me all along he knew he wasn't going to do Saturday. I cut folks a lot of slack especially when it's a small business but we were clearly lied to and he didn't even care. Oh, and for good measure when he removed our old tree, he broke out irritation line which we had to replace. Save yourself, time, money and a big headache. Do NOT use this place.

Go somewhere else!!!! I called here to purchase a tree over the phone. I was as easy as a customer could be: provided payment, purchased without even coming by in-person. He sold me a dream saying it could be delivered next day or same week. He let me know he was experiencing family emergencies and delayed a week. Then delayed a day. Then just stopped answering. (I had already paid over the phone, so naturally I panicked). Finally reached him mid-day after no contact on said delivery day. Was aggressive in providing me 400 excuses about his timeline and said he can’t do anything without payment. My card has already been charged. I asked what he was talking about at this point. This man sounds drunk. I am a compassionate person but this is a business transaction and he should never have ran my card until he knew he could complete the service. I see the other reviews have similar experiences. The business line is his cell phone. He got very aggressive with me over the phone and I fully believe he felt comfortable conducting poor business because I am a female. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

This place is amazing. Steve is very knowledgeable and they do a great job. I really appreciate them and the work they have did at our home. They installed two Sylvester’s at our home along with Arecas. All of the palms were healthy and vibrant!

Once I found out that I was way overcharged for the Foxtails I purchased, I attempted to get a refund. Keep in mind, this was the next day after I purchased and trees weren't being delivered for another week. He said his 'credit card girl' wasn't there and he didn't know how to use that machine. Then, later, he told me he needed to wait for the charge to clear before he refunded me. After that, he said he had already pulled the palms and trimmed the Sylvesters I bought, so he couldn't refund anything. I ended up driving back there (about 45 minutes) to try and work something out. He told me the owners wouldn't allow him to refund anything. I'm pretty sure he IS the owner. Guy is full of excuses and doesn't have an ounce of professionalism. I would NEVER recommend this place to ANYONE. And he treats the women there horribly. The whole time I was there he called the young lady assisting me, "Hey girl." This place is a rip off and lacks any type of business principles.

I like the place I've gotten a pink lava from them before. I live about minutes away and the last two times I've gone there I haven't been able to make a purchase because they can't run credit card unless other people are there besides just the old man who is very nice. The first time was about an hour before closing so I understood the second time I called ahead to make they were open it was about two o'clock and I go to pay for a mango that I picked out and the man says the credit card girls just went home. With the fuel I used both times in my truck I could have paid for a mango tree LOL time to update your systems

Avoid this place at all cost if you have to meet deadlines or receive what you pay for. Claims to be the best prices in town and once he realizes or sees that somewhere else is more money he will not deliver as promised. changes prices after you have paid him, comes up with any old excuse to not deliver. Worst treatment ever experienced. This company needs to be seriously investigated. I've been in the construction/ design business for over 30 years and I will tell everyone I know to never go there. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.
