OneCall has been incredible. When I moved to Florida a few years ago, I canceled the lawn service the previous owners had because I was unhappy with the results. I thought I could handle the lawn myself after a bit of quick Googling, but that turned out to be a big mistake and a lot of money wasted. I then tried an online lawn care service where you send in a soil sample for analysis, but unfortunately, that didn't work either. The white clover started to take over; while it looked nice, it led to warning letters from my HOA.

I spoke with Daren from OneCall, who was personable and kind. He gave me great advice on lawn care, but by that point, I was ready for professional help. I decided to try his company, and within two weeks, my yard began to look noticeably better. I have been with OneCall for a couple of years now and have not received another letter from my HOA. One Call has been great. They service our house and our lawn and are very professional and knowledgeable. Their technician, Guy, spent a lot of time in our house working out a plan to eliminate our bugs. He has come out whenever we see bugs and with no extra charge. He spends as much time as we need and is always friendly and helpful. We started our lawn care recently and they are already addressing our cinch bugs and will start to fertilize soon. I think they are doing a great job and we are very happy with them.

One Call has turned my backyard into a MUD PIT and did not even have the courtesy to come out and speak to me about it! DO NO USE THIS COMPANY! Almost a year ago, I put new sod down in my backyard. Late Summer or early Fall a few bald spots were showing up, then a few more etc. The One Call service person told me to buy Black Cow organic soil (cow manure) and place it on the bald spots. I was hesitant but he was the expert….NOT! I had just re-grouted my whole house, myself btw! Well the few bald spots kept spreading and spreading and spreading. My new sod in front of my porch is completely gone and is dirt…A LOT OF DIRT! It has been dragged into the house by my dogs and ruined my new grout. I called One Call and stated my dissatisfaction and was told a supervisor was going to come out, look at the issue and speak with me. He was a no-show! This is an unreliable company that does not stand by their work when something goes wrong. STAY AWAY!
