After 3 1/2 years, I finally found a landscaping company that does everything from mowing to fertilization to trimming and edging. And they do it very well and precisely with good communication. They prepared my yard before mowing by installing edging. They replanted some shrubs. I’ve been working with Austin to arrange everything to get done with the different crews. I just recently worked with a foreman, Kevin who did an amazing job of cleaning everything up and explaining exactly what to expect from this company.

I started with them doing some clean up in the yard for me. I was happy with the clean up and decided to go with a contract for maintenance. I paid for a year in advance. I noticed after a Month or so damage to the top of my in ground propane tank. Not really a big deal just a plastic top. I had to find the damage on my own. If they had told me no big deal. I had to go back and find it on my security cameras. I called explaining what occurred and had the incident on camera. The lady I spoke to was nice and provided an email address for me to explain what occurred. I asked if she wanted the security camera footage and she advised just send a photo and some one would get back with me. So I sent the email explaining what occurred along with the photo. So more than a month and no response. So I have to find the damage even though it's minor on my own. Call about it then email about it and no response. So what happens if major damage is done. I'm guessing they won't tell me and won't respond. Maybe someone will respond with this review but we will see?

I was contacted by Austin Wheatley with Taylor Anthony in response to the issue with the broken lid. He apologized for the delayed response to my intial email to the company. Austin stopped by my home and after talking he went above and beyond to make things right. Austin did more than he had to and I really appreciated that. Austin's response to the issue was more than fair.

I am raising the three star review back to five based on Austin's response to the issue and handling it in a professional manner. Austin took responsibility for the issue and the lack of company response to my first contact with the them.
