I have to say I haven't been impressed my last couple of times I visited the shop. I have to say that when I purchased my Spartan 61" zero turn mower, the service was great. A few weeks ago, I took a tire in that had gone flat (they had put a tube in about a month prior). I arrived at 1130 on a Saturday and told them it was off of a Spartan mower I had purchased from them. The young man at the counter seemed to be a little put off that I was there 30 minutes from closing. He said he would have to check with the technician about fixing it. I waited nearly 10 minutes for him to tell me they wouldn't be able to change the tube because it was so close to closing time.

As a customer who has spent thousands of dollars at the business over the past or so, I expected more consideration. There's no way it would have taken 30 minutes to replace a tire tube. I just expected better.

Great customer service, brought my mower in for general service and blade replacement. Great pricing and even better service. Quick turn around time. Will be visiting here again for lawn mower service and new purchases for lawn care when needed!

Couldn't be happier with their service. They picked up our mower the same day and had it fixed and returned the next week. All fixed under warranty through John Deere. Just had to pay the pick up fee which is understandable.

I would NEVER recommend to anyone to take their mower for repairs. I was told 7 to 9 days, I picked up my mower on day 20! I was charged over double the amount for parts that I would normally pay…. then when I got it home, the blades were hitting the deck so hard I was afraid they were going to fly out from beneath the mower! Maybe it’s because I’m a woman and maybe they think I am ignorant to mower mechanics BUT guess what…. I’m not!!! When I complained to them, I wouldn’t accept the lame excuses which made the woman angry to the point she started raising her voice. Then offered for me to bring it back…. No ma’am! I’ll find someone who knows what they are doing and won’t charge double for parts! It took them 20 days to do a 30 minute job! RIDICULOUS!!!
