*NEGATIVE REVIEW*
Andrew & Razorback SOD have the absolute worst customer service. We have been promised SOD for over 2weeks. We still have no SOD. They have given us several dates as to when they will be delivering. They are a no show no call company. Our last call was “I’ll call you back in 5 min” 2 days ago. We have made multiple calls and left messages to no avail. Apparently our 10 pallet order is simply a waste of their time. Absolutely Worst Costumer Service Ever!!

Called 3 times for Sod after being promised to have it delivered and installed in one week after first call. Then second call was because of the rain. But I had to contact him to find out he wasn’t coming. Third call was an excuse..I will call you back in 5 minutes to which I never heard from Andrew again. This is not how customer service is ran. If I could give this company a negative rating I would. Don’t do business with them. Buyers beware!

While they only sell Bermuda sod, this is by far some of the best you can get here in NWA. Either by the roll or pallet you can count on getting sod that’s freshly cut from the field, relatively free of any weeds, dense growth, quality soil substrate, and fairly priced!

Owner has a reputation for slashing tires if you park a vehicle at the Robinson road bridge to canoe the Illinois river. Kind of an ignorant move if true, as he doesn't own the river (the govt does) and roads generally have easements. I just thought this should be shared.
