Early on June 12, 2024 East Coast Landscaping laid pavers beside our neighbors house. In a self written review he brags about his work stating “Two weeks ago…” To accomplish this work the company ran the uniloaders and track loaders pictured through our yard chewing up the grass and leaving ruts. They also spread paving base on our property and threw debri from the ground prep into our planter bed. When we discovered the damage, we put up stakes because we knew they were coming back the next day to put more pavers in his backyard. On June 13, I was taking pictures of the equipment and the damage when Sean belligerently asked”Why are you taking pictures of my truck?” I said I was taking pictures of the damage and sarcastically thanked him for not even bothering to ask if he could trespass on my property. Nevermind an apology , he lied and said he didn’t know where our yard began. I called him on it because they razed the grass, laid irrigation , removed the cyclone fence, and resodded the neighbors yard last month. Why they decided to lay pavers after all that work “ who knows?”, but it’s clear he didn’t want to ruin the neighbors new sod with his equipment. His parting remark was “ Frankly ma’am your yard wasn’t very nice to begin with.”
The moral of this story is you have a choice who to work with. Now you know the caliber of people and ethical standards of East Coast Landscsping. Choose wisely.
After speaking with my neighbor, Sean reluctantly informed me the damage would be “fixed” next month? To be continued.

Sean and his team from East Coast turned my boring front yard into a beautiful landscape! They worked very hard ripping out our old plants and weeds, installed an irrigation system, planted some colorful shrubs and plants, laid sod, and finished the job with river rock. It turned out great. I already asked them back for another job.

Right guy for the job! Sean evaluated my landscape needs, made recommendations, asked what my priorities are and then produced a reasonable estimate in a couple days. The crew worked all day and finished a quite extensive project. They cleaned up until it looked like they were never there. A week or so later Sean stopped by just to see how everything was looking. He never considered the job done until I was completely satisfied with the entire job. Can’t go wrong with this professional landscape company.

I am extremely impressed with East Coast Lawn and Landscaping. From the beginning to the finish, Sean was very responsive. I called and left a message on a Sunday, Sean called back that day and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday. He provided we with a written quote that same evening. They scheduled my work less that a month out and showed up to complete the work when promised. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations. They did an excellent job. They were neat and thorough. Highly recommend East Coast Lawn and Landscaping.

Sean and his team did an amazing job helping us build our tropical paradise as part of our pool installation. They added beautiful palms with uplighting, replaced the sod, and made sure our irrigation system had proper coverage with the new layout. East Coast was very responsive and Sean did a great job providing his expertise on how to make sure the landscaping looks wonderful for years to come.
