I brought my Wife's planter in this morning, I saved from a Florist. So it's my Wife's Birthday tomorrow. Taylor greeted me at the entrance, and was giving me ideas with what I had. I decided to just leave my planter, and she had Mary Ann work on it! It's beautiful! ❤️

Great selection & fair prices. I love that they have carnivorous plants. I bought an absolutely glorious alocasia for less than $10, plus they had free honey on the way out. Looking forward to returning with future purchases.

I felt they had quite a good selection and the plants looked well taken care of! The prices seemed fair but I am not familiar enough with plant prices to be sure. But most importantly there is a lovely cat named Callie who lives here. She enjoys pets and attention. It makes any visit extra enjoyable.

If I could give less than one star I would. I hired Towns to re-landscape my front yard and lay new sod. I was bait and switched on the type of sod they installed (found out after it was installed that it was not what I had ordered). The landscape design services led to plants being installed that were not appropriate for the space (wrong sizes, too close to the house, sun plants planted in shady spots). When I asked for this to be corrected, I was stood up, and eventually ghosted. I contacted Towns and was told this would all be taken care of, and then no follow up. This was an expensive job and a complete waste of money. Buyer beware. To be fair this was the second time I had used Towns for a big job (they did our entire backyard 4+ years ago, and the first time around I would have given them 5 stars and even referred them to family members). Something has changed over there and they no longer provide a great service. I never write bad reviews but I don't want others to lose good, hard earned money working with these guys.

I was stop here today ! There was realax and happy ! The lady nice ! I played with cat ! I didn’t think about the prize ! But when I got home ! And I find down she charged me over prize it was 28 for pot and plant ! how come ? I have to pay 47 with tax ! I feel so bad ! I won’t come back !!!

I legit walked in two minutes to close cause Lowe’s didn’t have any macrame hangers for my plants. The girl took pity on me and let me in and showed me the hangers. They have macrame plant hangers in COLORS. We chose quickly but she ended up staying with us like ten minutes past closing but she was so sweet and friendly. I will definitely be back again. Next time I’ll skip the big stores entirely and shop small. My plants are happy and so am I.
