I love the selection of plants here! There were so many plants I'd never even seen before. There's also so many options for little things you can put together yourself. We ended up getting one of the moss art pieces that they made there in the store. It's just as cozy and lovely as it looks in the pictures so if you're thinking about stopping by, do it! It's 100% worth it.

If you're a true Gardener this won't be your place of Solitude however if you love indoor plants succulents Etc this is the place for you! Very eye-catching and clean. Definitely a great vibe! The employee working today was very lovely. I wish I got her name. She let me know this cute little shop has been open for three years!

I loved the vibe of this small store! I wish I had discovered this store before! They have a nice variety of plants, some I have not seen before, and they all look very healthy. I wanted to buy all of them! The staff is super friendly and helped a lot when selecting the plant I was looking for based on the light of the space, and maintenance. You can park on the street for free for 2 hours. I loved it! Highly recommended!

Had an absolutely amazing plant shopping experience at Jungle Room! The whole store is so organized, clean and aesthetically pleasing. If I could take every single plant I saw home I would because every single one looked so lush and healthy. I went in today to get my pick up order for a Monstera Thai Constellation, and left with two additional plant babies! Each one is breathtaking. Ordering, pickup and shopping was a breeze. Cherry on top was Lisa, she was so sweet and helpful and made me feel so welcome my first time in. I will definitely be back for more. Thank you!!!

This review is for their poor customer service and their inability to pack a plant safely.
I’ve been in communication with the company and they have advised me that they will go back to shipping plants with inserts instead of the packing peanuts. Firing shipment the peanuts absorb moisture, shrink and become extremely hard which causes damage to the plants and provided a little cushion. They stated the reason for these changes is because of complaints they’ve received for customers after they received their order.
I explained that the two banana plants that I purchased both have soft stems from being crushed in shipping, have started to brown and both plants lean to the side. I suggested they should tape the pots to the inside of the box or go back to the shipping inserts because the plants were flopping around in the boxes. They have openly thanked me for my feedback and stated they would be utilizing my suggestions on future shipments.
Included our pictures of my plants and my packing box full of soil. I included pictures of the inserts that they show on unboxing videos on their platforms. I asked why they show inserts on their unboxing videos if they don’t use them and they said the bananas would not fit into the inserts. This seems unlikely as the inserts are very tall and in my opinion the bananas would have been more protected and incurred let damage.
A friend of mine also ordered a Bronana and his plant was significantly damaged as well. He was offered an offered a full price gift certificate. I ordered two Bronanas had damage to both and was offered nothing.
The plants are two different sizes, the large one has 8 leaves and 4 leaves were broken or crumpled. The smaller bronana had a stem that is softer and browning with a dramatic lean, a video was sent to BHW plants. They told me if the plant gets worse let them know but they were pleased with the shipping condition of both my plants.
Don’t order tender delicate plant from this company until they correct their shipping issues.
