Company refuses to come out consistently even though we are consistently billed. They went as far as to send fake pictures that our lawn was serviced. It wasn’t. Not sure if they are keeping a database of old photos of the property. I work from home, and our grass is practically to our knees at this point. They definitely have not been here.

This company showed up twice in five days. Both times a employee decided to urinate between the properties. On their first visit they hit my fence & left a gouge in it. The customer service department sucks. Word of advice, keep this company off your property.

First time I've used this company and was impressed. Their estimate beat other competitors and the owner was very respectable and professional. The guys in the crew that showed up to do the work were very nice, respectful, worked very hard and left a clean jobsite. I will not hesitate to contact this company again when the need arises. PS if I could rate then 4.5 to 4.75 I would!

A truck and trailer from this company just went through our neighborhood traveling at probably 40 mph in 15 mph zone. We don't live on a main street, and the guy was driving like he was on his way to an emergency. I immediately went to find him (because I was sitting in my vehicle outside of my house) to let him know that kids live and play here, and he was nowhere to be seen. He was driving so fast that I couldn't even find him. It's unacceptable to drive that fast on a residential road. SLOW DOWN!!!

I wish there was a zero star.
When using a new service, shouldn't your first expierence be the very best?
Here's my expierence: mow but no blow, grass stuck to the trash cans, landscaping timbers at front door, and everywhere else, which then tracked into the house, back gate opened in the wrong direction- now it's spring, and the gate was left open, which allowed a stray dog in, and my dog went right after it. I should be grateful, my dog did not run away. Back property line not wacked and much property line not wacked. Owner showed up to clean up after employees, broke irrigation head, came back four days later to repair, said the lawn crew would come the following morning, did not show- never showed. Owner promised to remedy, but was unable to deliver. Who has time for this nonsense! We canceled and notified our credit card. By the way, they want up front payment for the month. There's the clue.

Dave and his crew substantially beat the other estimates for a new irrigation system, and did a great job installing it. We were in a rush with new sod just installed, and they worked in the rain to get it completed for us.

Did not show up or call for over a week. Weather was bad and person out but they could at least call. They finally came today and zipped thru the yard not doing a good job and unfinished trimming and cut a electric line to out door lights.
