The Big Fish and Lil’ Fish Tree Service did an amazing job clearing out our yard of old growth knotty pines, several approaching 80-85 feet, we had inherited when we bought our home. Mixed in with power lines, threatening so close to our house, they operated with surgical precision to remove the threat and return the property to a civilized neighborhood homesite. We are so happy with the results, their cleanup was awesome , we couldn’t be happier. If you need any help removing any overgrown vegetation or trees, give them a call for an estimate. Our neighbors have commented how different and nice the area looks now.

It was a tough decision...to keep the two big oaks that were great shade from the late day sun and keep risking the fact that they were way too close to our house (one was even leaning that way) or take them down. Every storm that came through, whether pop-up thunderstorms or named, we held our breath. Last year we had a tornado come through and said we were done pushing our luck...down they should come! The best and easiest part of this decision was choosing BIG FISH & LITTLE FISH TREE AND LAWN SERVICE, LLC to safely and efficiently remove the trees. They are such a pleasure to work with and the crew is professional and courteous. It was a blessing to deal with Mr. W.A. Fish and his men. The work was done safely but quickly and our property was left surprisingly clean ... even the stump grinding the following day was above and beyond a job well done. It was a plus to know I was doing business with a Christian businessman who treated us most fairly in all aspects. I would not hesitate to call them again for my next job, and I highly recommend them if you need trees down or other yard services.

Had the best experience with Big Fish Little Fish tree and lawn service. Very professional!! Had 2 huge cedar tress that had been damages due to a storm. I called on Tuesday to see if they could come and give me an estimate WA was here on Wednesday gave us his estimate and was back on Thursday to take the two trees down. I would highly recommend them if you have any trees that need to be removed or any type of cleanup These are the people to call. His crew were all very professional and courteous. Highly Recommend this company. Very satisfied.

Excellent tree service! We are prepping our property for a new manufactured home this fall and Big Fish Little Fish removed a HUGE oak tree right next to our house. Fascinating process watching that beast come down. The team was on time, hard working, professional and made sure our yard was cleaned up as they were taking it down and when they were done. We would definitely recommend them to everyone that needs tree service.

1. They trimmed trees which I never told them to do. The owner said he thought it would look good. 2. Shrub trimming was terrible and uneven, some even cut below where I told to trim. None of shrubs were cleaned with the debris, just left to "fall down," as the owner said they always do. I told him I needed this done to put Christmas lights on, but apparently that had no bearing on the way he wanted things done. 3. They don't clean up the clippings. 4. The pine straw laid out had a lot of bails as if thrown down and not neatly placed.

When I saw the lousy, unprofessional job, my voice got loud. The owner then yelled at me saying "I just got here" -- after his crew were "finished." Apparently the customer is never correct, in his mind. With his unprofessional yelling at me, I told him he will NEVER work for me again. When he left, he kept asking when he should come back next year to trim and possibly mow. He must have not been listening when I told him he will never work for me again. I guess his yelling at me superseded his listening to what I was saying. I gave him the job because he was a former student of mine and I like to hire locally.

When he came the day before to see what I wanted done, he never wrote anything down and apparently he forgot to tell his crew exactly what I expected to have done with trimming and where to place pine straw. At least he did buy enough straw to place when I told him what was not done.

His fee for this job was very costly. When he gave me a quote on the day before, I accepted it even though it was more than I thought it should be. Then that night, he called and said he figured wrong and wanted another $500. That should have been a clue of bait-and-switch or misquoted and I should have told him to forget the job.

He probably will reply with his false narrative version and say I was in the wrong. All I can advise with Big Fish Little Fish is: Buyer Beware!

We hired Big Fish & Little Fish to install 24 trees along our driveway. W.A was instrumental in helping find the best nursery and the right trees. He and his crew were quick, professional and neat. They cleaned up after themselves and even took the pots with them for disposal. Highly recommended.
