WOW- great plants on arrival despite being shipped from Delaware to MI on a SUPER HOT week! Perfect, healthy BIG plants arrived perfect- still moist, EXPERTLY wrapped so soil didn't fall out and they did not shift/ get squashed/ damaged in ANY way= PRISTINE healthy ferns! I'm a Master Gardener and have ordered shipped plants for many years- THESE WERE PERFECT = 5 stars!!! Ah!- and the plastic covering on the individual pots is compostable. all fabulous

I have long been a fan of a Hungarian hot wax peppers, and they are getting harder to find at our local nurseries
The pricing was reasonable as was the delivery time.
The plants were extremely well packaged.
The plants shipped during extreme heat, And on a scale from 1 to 10 for healthy they came in at an 8.5 Which is all you can ask when plants are shipped and 80+ degree weather.
The instructions on the box made clear to unpack and plant ASAP and they were doing great on their first morning in their new home.
I will definitely order again from Streambank.

We got a late start because we couldn't find seed starting medium in our area due to the Covid-19 pandemic and we couldn't start seeds this year. A good friend recommended Streambank Gardens and let me tell you, this was a great recommendation! I gave them a quick call and spoke to a very friendly, professional gentleman named David. He answered all my questions, was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything very well, since I had some questions because this was our first time ordering veggie plants through the mail. We ordered about 50 veggie and herb seedlings. They arrived within a day and the shipping rate was very reasonable. These folks know what they are doing! Every plant was packaged with tender, loving care and every plant arrived 100% healthy, in perfect shape! I ordered lots of veges from Streambank this year. Plants took off and are doing great! Packaging was great. There were a few pepper plants in one package that were damaged (due to shippers). I emailed streambank and David Burton responded quickly and was able to send replacements that arrived in great condition and are now growing happily. Thanks Streambank!

Best customer service I’ve had in years! So something happened with UPS in our area and our delivery was delayed like 4 Or 5 days. This was UPS’s fault and not Steam Bank Gardens! Problem was these were live plants! I called up Steam Bank Gardens and told them what was happening and they agreed the onions probably wouldn’t be good by the time they got here, they looked at the delivery just as I did and they said we will send you out fresh ones, this time they sent it USPS. A few days later the first batch arrived looking rough as expected. Steambank had a new batch to me a few days later! They are in the ground and we are looking forward to a beautiful fall harvest! Thank you Steam bank gardens you’re a gem, you’ve gained loyal customers from this transaction and your employees truly care ❤️!
