John did a fantastic job of taking down a tree right over a shop. He knew exactly how to do it and was safe and professional. He was quick to respond to text and messages. He was prompt in responding and showing up to do the job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND him and will definitely use him in the future. Thank you for taking a big weight off my shoulders and getting the tree down safely. Cleanup looked fantastic. Thank you.

We have used Stand Alone Land Clearing twice and both times have been very happy with the work done and the price that they charge. I highly recommend using them.

Last year we needed overgrown cedar thickets cleared to make a 2nd horse pasture. Another company I had contacted kept pushing back the date they were going to start work for months past their original estimate. I called John, he came out that day to look at it and started work the next week.

Earlier this week I called needed a couple of large dead rotten trees cut down. He came out the next morning to look at it and had the trees down by early afternoon.

We will definitely go to them in the future and recommend them to anybody needing work done.

Great work and results provided by John as he handled several activities all in the same project. He disposed of several large pieces of downed timber we had in a controlled burn, performed forestry mulching to open up a level location for a future build site, took care of some small trash clean up, and turned a path to the property into an actual road with leveling, widening where necessary and spreading new gravel throughout (over a ¼ miles worth.)

This job threw every challenge at John it could think of but he persisted the whole time, was willing to talk through the planning, execution, and provide his guidance and advice. He’s always been pleasant to work with and sticks to his quoted price for the project. He made sure to cover the finishing touches so the end results are as picture perfect as you would hope for.

I would gladly recommend John and his services for any of your property improvement efforts you’ve been thinking about. I look forward to working with John again as I know there is always “one more” project to be done.

Stand Alone Land Clearing was a God-send to us! It has been a long time since we have seen anyone work as hard or as long as John did! Our five acres looks as good as it did when we moved into this home twenty years ago. He felled 20-plus huge dead trees, and cleared our land of numerous unwanted smaller trees. He quickly mulched the smaller ones and piled up the larger trees to be burned. He moved giant rocks, cleared brush, demolished and burned a large rotting gazebo, carried many huge rotten landscaping timbers to the burn pile and burned all of it while carefully attending the fire. Amazing!!!

Stand Alone came out to meet me - on time, gave reasonable price to cut 6 trees and was able to schedule me for the following week. Other 6 companies I called either didn't return the call or the earliest to meet was in 2 months. Oh and he showed up when he said he would to do the job. Cut all the trees and cleared it. I would definitely call again.

Very professional and courteous! Had them drop 3 trees for me and they did exactly what they said they would do and also put the trees right where he said they would fall which is a big plus in my book! Didn't even damage any of my other trees! Would highly recommend to anyone! Plus they are insured! Thanks for the great work John!
