Kind of disappointed with our experience with Susie. My mom had selected a tree and we called in to let them know we were showing up to pick it up. We showed up almost one hour before published closing time. Two of the employees just kind of sat around as we tried to locate Susie to help us out. When we found her, she simply told us she wouldn’t be able to get the tree for us. Not really a good customer service response when I had come from 90 min away to get this tree. Fortunately, another nursery in GJ was able to help us out. I suggest that you train your employee to be more professional and proactive in their customers service. Sorry you missed keeping me as a customer

I have never been judged so hard in my life by an older lady. I am simply just picking the tree up and I had got asked a thousand questions if I had someone professional installing and or if I had cruise, if I had any experience doing this before. And she gave me the most disappointed disgust look because I am not a gardener. Everyone doesn't grow up to weed gardens. Go somewhere else if you don't want to be judged and get better products. Watch who you hire!

So this is the largest nursery in Grand Junction. They have more trees than anyone else. I find that for flowers and vegetables they are difficult to shop. You are pretty much on your own, and everything is scattered about in a pretty random fashion. What I really hate is the price gouging. First off, nothing is listed anywhere, they might charge more or less on whether they like you, who knows? I got one six pack of tomatoes and four 3 inch square pepper plants (big pots, tiny pepper plants) and it cost me $15? What was it? $2.50 a square and $5 for the six pack? Gouge me a little with a salty poker. If you're going to charge so much at least provide an itemized receipt.

I really wish there were prices ! It’s a good nursery and their plants are healthy (their broccolis and tomato starts are twice as nice and healthy as the other places, 6 packs but with huge cells so they don’t get so root bound) but I have the hardest time finding anything and no prices. Such a disappointment.

What's better then buying a plant grown in the place you want to plant it? I guess nothing... Locally owned! The most knowledgeable staff you ask for. I really would never go anywhere else for my garden. Also the have a huge selection you should have to go anywhere else.

Worst customer service ever! Original owner may have been great but his son Evan is the rudest person I have come in contact with in a long time. Now I understand why their ratings are so low. Bookcliff is where we will take our contract.
