I had called in to ask for a hardy tree that is tough against incects and beetles. Bruce answered and made me not only feel stupid but was really ignorant and kept beating around the question, when I asked for a recommendation he laughed and said "we recommend all of our trees" I called 2 other nursery who literally have me recommendations in 30 seconds. Be better!!!!

Walked in to see how much trees cost, was laughed at by front desk lady. She didn’t take us seriously at all. Was looking to buy 10+ trees. Walked away from us to go and pet puppies that were broght in, right in the middle of our interaction. She needs to be fired.

When attempting to cancel order a month after the delivery date with no delivery they basically held the money hostage. Made it a huge deal to cancel an order they didn’t even have ready to ship.

Flowers ordered from here are partially dead and wilting after the order came two and a half months later than guaranteed date..

Nothing but disappointment for basically paying for their mistakes and dead plants. I would never recommend ordering from here.

Just take the time to find the flowers yourself from a different retailer and it will save you (not kidding) months of time and money.

Businesses need to learn the concept of taking care of customers at this point as I will not purchase from here ever and recommend against any prospective customer from overpaying for late dead plants.

I did a Google search for "tree nursery near me" and saw Little Valley's 5-star rating. I needed some guidance on relocating some small trees. The gentleman I spoke with explained that wasn't something they could help me with but he talked with me for ten minutes helping me understand what my next steps needed to be. Wow!

i had a truck load of trees to deliver there. it took 8 hrs to unload cause they had only 1 person putting it on the wagon. he was in his early 60s he didnt have help.
