I'm VERY sad to have to change my review from a 5 to 1 star. I've been with them for nearly 6 months. In the beginning, we had some hiccups because they scheduled appointments and were no-shows. Although that was pretty bad, I let it go after their manager, Garret, sincerely apologized and asked for a chance to rectify the situation. They did rectify the situation last spring, and thus a smooth summer and my original 5 star review, which I’ve left at the end of this post for reference.

But now and it's become clear that building a loyal customer base or owning their mistakes is no longer their priority. They are VERY expensive compared to other providers, which I was fine to pay previously when the customer service and communication was outstanding. But the last couple months, I've gotten inconsistent pricing and confused customer service reps who give different answers to the same question. Most recently, they quoted me incorrectly for gutter cleaning and instead of apologizing, their rep Malia, was perfectly fine and happy, to lose me over a mere $100 price difference. I asked for their manager Garret to call me-- no one ever called. Oh how times have changed. They now have junior / confused reps answering the phones, giving wrong information and then hiking up pricing without apologies or explanation. I'm disappointed that there could be so much miscommunication over a simple gutter cleaning. It's a shame that they think customers like me are disposable. Wash Park is a very tight knit community, they are losing tons of referrals by just losing one customer, they don't get it.

But all this aside, how about treating me, a loyal customer, with more respect, regardless of referrals or retention? If you'd shown some grace by even just offering to meet me halfway on the $100 price difference given the miscommunication was on your side, you would have kept me as a happy referrals customer who'll spend and bring thousands of dollars to your business over the seasons. Very silly and shame on you Augusta team.

A handsome young man named Blake has totally turned my yard around! It used to be full of disgusting bugs and rodents, now it's just covered in the greenest grass. Couldn't recommend this business any more, the staff are lively and fun and most importantly, my lawn is gorgeous now! 5 stars, I'll be coming to Augusta Lawn Care & Snow Removal services for all of my property troubles from here on out.

While working on a rental property next door decided they needed to remove my bush despite 90% of it being in my yard and almost all of it hanging on a trellis in my yard. This tree has been growing there for over 20 years. Well beyond a small trim but a hack job to the stem, not even a nice trim.

Edit: after making a mistake they were quick to respond and hauled away 2 trailers worth of tree branches from my house. Acted with integrity and were very professional to deal with, so they earn 3 stars back from the original 1 star review.

why doesn't this allow for No stars? had an appointment adn no show. i called and they dont remember speaking with me. i specifically spoke with them for 15 minutes explaining things, gave them my cell number, etc. finally after going through my explanation they say they remember the conversation and apologized. they said they could get to me after the holiday. hello, i need snow shoveled for the holiday at our facility. dont deal with augsta lawn care.
