I called in July for a small irrigation adjustment, and was told it would be 3 weeks. After 4 weeks passed with no contact, I called for an update, and was told I'm still on the list for service. It is now November with no call, no updates, and still no service. I guess these people are too good for my money, have no common courtesy, nor care about their business. Would not recommend.

Hi; the person at the front desk said my bill had gone to collections; I was out of town when they sent the bill and gone for two weeks more, taking care of my mother who had ALS, and died a few weeks later. I also forgot to cancel another appointment with them; and gave them $200 for missing the appointment. The woman at the front desk didn't think she could take the overdue bill out of collections, and also said they would not help me. I recognized her voice as a woman who used to work at Fruitland Domestic and Irrigation. I'm not 100 percent sure, but fairly certain. She didn't care for how I paid the bills there. For example, I generally wrote a check every year to Domestic or Irrigation for $1,000. I don't know why she didn't care for my method, but when that credit ran out, I sent another big check. At any rate, she was pretty rude, this woman who answered the phone. Sometimes time and life get the better of a person, and I'm sorry they couldn't forgive it . . . I think their staff (those who did come and help me once) were/are great, but the front desk person? Huh-uh. I've moved on, of course, to another company, and we have been happy with each other for two years. Thanks anyway.

I have engaged this company's services on multiple occasions, and while the field team demonstrates professionalism and amiability, regrettably, the reception staff leaves much to be desired. Despite occasional tardiness in bill payments due to unforeseen circumstances, I have consistently settled my accounts. However, recent attempts to procure service have been met with unyielding resistance and evasion from the front desk personnel. Their demeanor suggests disdain, as if my past payment history relegates me to a lesser status. Despite my willingness to prepay for services, they rebuff my requests and patronize me. Respectful treatment and transparent communication should be afforded to all customers, regardless of payment history. Regrettably, due to this recurring issue, I have decided to discontinue my patronage of their services. It is my sincere hope that they reassess their front desk personnel and instate individuals adept at fostering positive customer experiences, devoid of any discomfort or judgment.

In this era of terrible customer service and contractors not standing behind their work, SE Ward showed integrity and professionalism in dealing with a situation they could have easily walked from. We had hired SE Ward to repair some in-ground sprinklers installed by the previous owner of our property. They did an excellent job with that so I signed up to have them do a system blow out the following Fall. Unfortunately the employee (no longer with SE) wasn't familiar with our system and essentially blew up the transit pipe feeding the pump. Todd the site supervisor showed up to repair the piping as soon as I told him what happened. Since our ditch water was shut off for the Fall there was no way to test the piping and this Spring when the water came back on there was still a section of transit pipe disconnected and leaking underground. I reached out to Todd and he basically showed up right away to address the issue. No attitude about a third visit. Just problem solving and wanting to make it right with a smile. Having owned a renovation business for 25 years I know how I handled challenging issues with my clients and Todd went above and beyond to make sure our irrigation system was working as it should. This kind of service is slowly dying off. It's encouraging to see that SE Ward is one of those rare and impressive companies serving their customers like they actually care. Highly recommend!

Ward's has been doing the landscaping for the commercial property that I manage located in Delta for several years. They also handle the snow removal and sidewalks. Great job, always professional and no complaints. Highly recommend them.

We have used S.E. Ward to service and winterize our somewhat large (approx. 50 maxipaws) sprinkler system for many years now. They are timely, friendly and professional. Whenever I have run into a problem I didn't understand, a quick phone call gave me the answers I needed - no charge. In short, just what you would hope for in a company.
