First, one should know I’m not an easy customer when it comes to my lawn. 5 star delivers on every visit. They not only take their time in listening to any concerns, but also spend an acceptable amount of time delivering results. Unlike the previous service that was here for 5 minutes and gone. It’s always hard to rate someone doing a sevice on the lawn because the changes are over time! However, with that being stated, on todays date, the 30th of July, Eric spent time discussing the areas we need to pay attention to and also what he was applying to keep the lawn in good shape.
So communication was good and attitude was friendly while also being professional.

So far this company has been great! It should be noted that this is our first time using any sort of lawn treatment company so we have no prior experience to compare to. Either way, Stephen, the sales guy, was pretty down to earth. He wasn't pushy and their company versus any of the competitors. The biggest thing was that we got to see him in person where we walked the grounds to see my concerns. That was huge because almost all the other companies, you speak to someone over the phone. Mike, the technician who came out was very kind and respectful! Another thing I appreciated and this company is that it wasn't just a splash and dash like I saw other companies doing in my neighborhood. Mike spent about 20 - 30 minutes at our house. Again, this is my first time using a lawn so the star rating is subject to change.

Professional and courteous. Was not home when Scott arrived. He called to let me know he was there and if I had questions or concerns. I let him know I was having trouble with my account login and he called the office for me and they took care of the issue.
